About

I am a fourth year university student at the University of Canberra. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations/Bachelor of Communications in Media and Public Affairs. 
My passion for political justice, public affairs and corporate communication has led me to the Australian capital to further educate myself and understand the Australian political media. 
I am currently perusing a career as a public affairs officer at the Department of Social Services within the National Disiability Insurace Scheme communications team. This position has improved my professional communications skills, increased my knowledge in Australia governmental and parliamentary procedures and allowed me to discover what sort of career path I'm interested in.
I have worked in a range of corporate communication roles and I have completed two internships; One as a social media and e-commerce marketing intern with Send and Shred, and second, with The Centre of Deliberative Democracy and Global Governance as a research intern. My work from both of these internships will be displayed in my e-portfolio.
