Portfolio of Communication Types: Communication Plan

For a recent assignment, I was tasked with creating a crisis communication plan for a company called 'Little Finance', who experienced a data breach of personal client information. The communication plan is written in a plain English format, rather than formal English so that it is interpreted and implemented in a respectful manner. The Communication plan includes a draft email to staff and clients, a cover letter, a legal brief, a media statement and social media instructions.
